The Rueda Congress started in Stavanger, Norway, in 2002 (then called the Rueda gathering), and has been on every year since then, in different cities in Europe. 2009 was the 10 years anniversary of SalsaNor, with a Rueda Congress in Havana, Cuba, as well as a mini Rueda Congress in Stavanger, Norway.

night salsa / rueda party, at Don Bosco starting 20:00 – DJ Pancho and DJ Gringo
Saturday September 4th
daytime dance classes
evening congress dinner
night salsa / rueda party, at Don Bosco with shows and 2 dancefloors starting 21:00 – DJ Pancho and DJ Gringo
Sunday September 5th
daytime dance classes
afternoon/night salsa / rueda matinee / party at El Dorado starting 17:00 – DJ Bjarte and DJ Glen from SalsaNor
