The White Sands Hotel is easily accessible by Bus, Taxi and Dart. This is the venue for all the events at the congress.
Flights to Ireland are very cheap on Ryan Air and Aer lingus websites.
Dart from Dublin - Stop at Malahide; then come out of the station (by the Church) to get on bus to Portmarnock: ask for the White Sands Hotel at the bus stop and take the bus that stops outside the hotel.
From Airport - Take bus number 230, this runs every 40mins.
Driving from M1(Belfast, Derry and M50) - Come off the M1 at the Swords exit. Follow sing for Malahide at the second roundabout. Go straight to T junction take a left, through Malahide town on to the coast road and White Sands is on the right.
