WELCOME

Just as salsa is a fusion of many cultures and genres of music, the Second Annual Seattle Salsa Congress brought together Victoria, Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, and beyond in one hot, spicy celebration. There were instructors, performers, and DJs representing the very best in salsa from Seattle to Hong Kong. But it was the participation and the energy of all of you that made it a truly magical experience. Together we created the greatest salsa party the Northwest has ever seen. We watched exciting performances, danced until 4am, and then armed with double tall lattes attended workshops the next morning with some
of the biggest names in salsa. Three days and nights of adrenalin charged activities.

So how do we top this year's Seattle Salsa Congress? Well, we have one year of planning to exceed it in every way imaginable. It's been an honor to contribute to a growing salsa community
in the Northwest. That said, we at Rumba Brava Productions look forward to seeing you again in 2008 along with many more new faces.

Friday, Opening Night you can dress casual. Saturday is Gala Night. Dress to impress. And Sunday is Descarga Night where the dress theme for the evening is white. Each night will be a great opportunity to dance and make friends with people from all over the world.
