Norwegian Rueda Congress – December 17 to 20, 2009 – Havana,Cuba

Norwegian Rueda Congress 2009 in Havana, Cuba 17th – 20th of December.

The Rueda Congress in Havana 2009 will be a fantastic event, with great rueda teachers from all over Cuba, inspiring cuban dance partners, both during workshops and at the parties at night, excellent venues and great live music to dance to at night!

Stay tuned for more information in the first week of January 2009. Information about flights, hotel deals and reservation for hotels will be provided by spring 2009.

Thursday 17th of December 2009
	Kick-off party at one of the hottest casino night clubs in Havana (discount for pass holders).
	Meet the Congress instructors and get to know some of the Cuban dance partners during the weekend.
Friday 18th of December 2009
	Workshops from morning till afternoon with the greatest rueda instructors in town (and from out of town! ; parallel workshops, four different levels offered!
	Meet some of the founders of Rueda de Casino in person! A short lecture of the history of rueda from those who actually started it.
	Chill-out hour before the big night on the dance floor, with great music and Cuban refreshments of your taste…
	Live concert with one of Cuba´s top orchestras, look forward to it!
Saturday 19th of December 2009
	Workshops from morning till afternoon with the greatest rueda instructors in town (and from outside town! ; four different levels offered!
	Visit to one of the main venues for the birth of the Rueda de Casino in Havana. We will dance rueda on the very same outdoor dancefloor as they did!!! This will be captured on tape and kept forever in our files J
	Congress Dinner (with some entertaining surprises) followed by the Congress Party at a beautiful surprise venue (will be announced only weeks before take-off), with great Cuban and international DJ´s, dance shows, rueda shows and dance until you drop!
Sunday 20th of December 2009
	Workshops from morning till lunch
	Some take off to the airport after lunch…we say good-bye and see you next year for The Norwegian Rueda Congress 2010!
	Those who leave late evening or Monday gather for the very last round on the dance floor on the Sunday matinee with live music.

The last 4 four days of the journey we will attend the annual SalsaNor Rueda Congress, organized in Cuba this year! We will be staying at the Congress hotel and you will have a full Congress Pass which includes all workshops, the Rueda Congress Party and Congress dinner. A fantastic finale of a magical experience that we hope you will enjoy for a long time afterwards.
