It is a great pleasure for us at Salsa Kompaniet and Danseglede to welcome you to the 2nd Nordic Salsa Experience.This congress is an cooperation between the biggest salsa school in Norway. Our goal is to create an internastional salsa event for both cuban and LA/NY dancers. You will experience a weekend full of classes, parties, international instructors, DJs, live salsa bands and much more.
Last year was a huge success and we are looking forward to an even better congress this year. We have moved the dates to the 10th – 13th of June for two reason, Drammen city wanted us to adjust the dates to match their own city festival, so that our salsa parade could be an integrated part of Drammen city festival. Secondly we wil have much warmer weather in June, which will give us the opportunity to use the magnefic location of Union Scene to its full extent.
The congress will be held at Union Scene that is cituated alongside the Drammen river. The place is a well know location for salsa concerts and parties. This old warehouse is newly renovated and a a perfect place for a large salsa event. Union Scene has booked Nils Fischer & Timbazo, as a part of Nordic Salsa Experience.
